REFINING PRODUCTS

MOTOR FUELS

All motor fuels produced by our partnered refineries are high-performance and high-quality Euro-5 fuels, which extend the lifetime of engines, and boost their power. Our product filters and removes the deposits on injectors from the very first fill, enhances performance, protects the engine and reduces consumption.

AVIATION FUELS:

Our partnered Refineries produces enhanced fuel for turbine-powered aircrafts, with antistatic properties, and able to sustain lower temperatures, in line with the international regulations.

HEATING OIL FUEL:

It is a distilled-type product intended mainly for heating systems and boilers, with or without stack exhaustion of flue gas. It is very similar to diesel fuel, the main difference standing in the maximum Sulphur content allowed for each of them.

CHEMICAL PROCESSING NAPHTHA

Generically named Naphtha, Naphtha for chemical use is among the first refined products resulting from crude oil processing. In different forms, this is used as feedstock for gasoline production, feedstock for cracking processes (Steam Crackers), fuel for portable lamps, torches, or gas lighters, as well as to produce solvents, thinners, dyes, etc.

A viscous or semi-solid product, bitumen is used mainly for road works as binder for particular aggregates to make asphalt. Our partnered refinery produces a wide range of bitumen types, with specifications adapted for an equally wide range of applications: from light-duty traffic roads to heavy-duty traffic roads, polymer-enriched bitumen for enhanced elasticity, as well as bitumen for waterproof roofing.

DAP-FERTILIZER

Di-ammonium Phosphate popularly known as DAP is a preferred fertilizer in India because it contains both Nitrogen and Phosphorus which are primary macro-nutrients and part of 18 essential plant nutrients.

DAP (NH4)2HPO4: Fertilizer grade DAP Contains 18% Nitrogen and 46% Phosphorus (P2O5).. DAP is manufactured by reacting Ammonia with Phosphoric acid under controlled conditions in fertilizer plants.

DIESEL GAS OIL (EN590 10ppm)

EN 590 Gas Oil is a 10 ppm (parts per million) sulphur content gas oil. It has a higher cetane number than A2 Class Gas Oil (another 10ppm sulphur content class of red diesel), making it better suited to internal combustion engines in off-road vehicles. Other form of EN590 includes 500ppm, 50ppm, 20ppm etc

LPG

The liquefied petroleum gas is a mixture of propane and butane with a wide range of applications. It can be safely used for automotive industry, but it is also intensively used for cooking/domestic use, boiler heating and refrigerating devices. 

When LNG reaches its destination, it is turned back into a gas at regasification plants. It is then piped to homes, businesses and industries where it is burnt for heat or to generate electricity. LNG is now also emerging as a cost-competitive and cleaner transport fuel, especially for shipping and heavy-duty road transport. We have continued to innovate and improve the technology behind LNG, and have worked hard to find ways to make more LNG available where it is needed around the world.

LNG is a clear, colorless and non-toxic liquid which forms when natural gas is cooled to -162ºC (-260ºF). The cooling process shrinks the volume of the gas 600 times, making it easier and safer to store and ship. In its liquid state, LNG will not ignite.

CRUDE OIL

Crude oil means a mixture of hydrocarbons that exists in liquid phase in natural underground reservoirs and remains liquid at atmospheric pressure after passing through surface separating facilities.

1) Depending upon the characteristics of the crude stream, it may also include any of the

following:

(a) Small amounts of hydrocarbons that exist in gaseous phase in natural underground

reservoirs but are liquid at atmospheric conditions (temperature and pressure) after being

recovered from oil well (casing-head) gas in lease separators and are subsequently commingled

with the crude stream without being separately measured. Lease condensate recovered as a

liquid from natural gas wells in lease or field separation facilities and later mixed into the crude

stream is also included.

(b) Small amounts of nonhydrocarbons, such as sulfur and various metals.

(c) Drip gases, and liquid hydrocarbons produced from tar sands, oil sands, gilsonite, and oil shale.

(d) Petroleum products that are received or produced at a refinery and subsequently injected into a crude supply or reservoir by the same refinery owner or operator.

(2) Liquids produced at natural gas processing plants are excluded. Crude oil is refined to produce a wide array of petroleum products, including heating oils; gasoline, diesel and jet fuels; lubricants; asphalt; ethane, propane, and butane; and many other products used for their energy or chemical content.

DIESEL OIL

Gas-diesel oil includes heavy gas oils. Gas oil obtained from the lowest fraction from atmospheric distillation of crude oil, while heavy gas oils are obtained by vacuum re-distillation of the residual from atmospheric distillation.

  • In the commercial and agricultural sector , gas oil is used for equipment such as cranes, bulldozers, generators, bobcats, tractors and combine harvesters.

• Gas oil is also often used by travelling fairs and carnival stopovers their generators, and it’s also sometimes used in the aviation industry to power jet engine.

PETROCHEMICALS

Petrochemicals are chemical products derived from petroleum, although many of the same chemical compounds are also obtained from other fossil fuels such as coal and natural gas or from renewable sources such as corn, sugar cane, and other types of biomass. Petrochemical production relies on multi-phase processing of oil and associated petroleum gas. Key raw materials in the petrochemical industry include products of petroleum oil refining. Petrochemical goods include: ethylene, propylene, and benzene; source monomers for synthetic rubbers; and inputs for technical carbon. Petrochemical and petroleum products are the second-level products being derived from crude oil after several refining processes. Crude oil is the basic component to produce all petrochemical and petroleum components after a long process of refinement in oil refineries.

TRUCK TRANSPORTATION:

Truck–while the most limited oil transportation method in terms of storage capacity, trucks have the greatest flexibility in potential destinations.  Delivery between Russia Germany , Georgia , Romania , Turkey , Ukraine is possible through Trucks.

Trucks are often the last step in the transport process, delivering oil and refined petroleum products to their intended storage destinations. A rational and cost effective way to deliver the fuel to the consumers. Common sizes of their tanks range from 400up to 7,500US gallons.

 

RAILWAYTRANSPORT:

Moving crude from its source to the refineries around the nation can also be efficiently done by rail. Although this was first considered to be a stopgap technique until pipelines could be built, it has developed into a popular transport method. Some of the benefits of railway transport include: Low Cost Set Up Short Construction Time Fleet Resources Shorter Transit Times Quick Response to Market Fluctuations Delivery between Russia Germany, Georgia, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine is possible through Railways.

MARITIME TRANSPORTATION:

Another good way to move fuel from one location to another is via ship or barge.

There are plenty of barges transporting gas and oil inland along rivers and via oceans, such as along the Persian Gulf and Rotterdam, to Fujairah Batumi, poti and to other safe gulfs whole the world. Some of the pluses of using ships to transport petroleum include:

 

STORAGE:

Oil storage is part of the midstream sector of the oil industry. Oil is first extracted upstream from companies that conduct the exploration and production. The midstream sector involves the transportation, storage, and whole sale marketing of petroleum products following extraction. Oil storage is a means of collecting products before distributing down-stream to refineries and retailers.
